Working Hard to Stop the Spread
We wanted to take a moment to discuss any concerns you may have about the COVID 19 virus (also known as the coronavirus).
Here at Higher Ground, we are committed to the safety and well-being of our community. We understand that our customers may have concerns about the possibility of this illness spreading in the area.
We will not endanger anyone at work.
In an abundance of caution and in the best interest of our customers and employees, we are instructing our crews to NOT initiate direct in person contact with any of our clients. The primary form of communication by Higher Ground will be via email, phone call or text message until further notice, unless you request otherwise.
We will still be working through the current period of recommended social isolation. We are very fortunate to have a line of work that does not require any close personnel interaction. We feel that we can continue to offer our clients an amazing service without endangering anyone in the process. Our office staff is working from home and will be available during normal office hours. We can always be contacted via phone, text, email and video chat.
Of course you can still have a conversation with our employees when they are on your property – just let our office or the crew know when we contact you. We have taken special care to ensure our crew is fully educated on steps they can take to help prevent the spread of all viruses. They will not shake hands with you and will stay the recommended 6 feet apart during your conversation.
We will still be safe at work.
Our staff is young and fit, but regardless we believe “social isolation” is the best recommended practice. We are also self monitoring and would create immediate self isolation if an employee is exposed or has experienced any symptoms that concern them.
By working together and following these simple practices, we will be able to provide you with all of your services without increasing the risks associated with this virus.
