Full service stormwater management and  for a full service garage. French drain system, retaining wall, customer concrete, grading and more.

In February we had a great client recommend us to her son. He has a full service garage for antique cars. The garage construction was really solid but the builder did not finish protecting the structure against the elements. Higher Ground installed seamless gutters to catch the water from the massive metal roof. These fed into new PVC drain lines. A french drain along the garage door ensured that no water would pool in front of them. We installed a retaining wall on one side to create a tired landscaping bed which also reinforces the foundation. On the opposite side we graded the area with 20 tons of clay to push water away from and dry out the foundation.
