Higher Ground finished another seamless gutter and guard installation today on Signal Mountain. Carraig and his crew were able to repair the rotten fascia board they found under the gutter. This is a common occurrence when removing old rain gutters. Deferred maintenance causes overflow which causes rot. Higher Ground of Chattanooga is one of the few companies in town that installs gutter and performs rot restoration in house. Carriage repaired the rotten fascia and soffit boards and painted the repair all in the same day.
