Water Intrusion Solutions Last month we helped a customer and his family with a water intrusion solution. The issue we diagnosed was poor grading when the previous owner enclosed a carport to make it into a bonus room. Rainwater would flow through the blocks and onto the new floors during every heavy rain event. A long lasting backyard makeover starts with proper grading. Last month we helped a customer with a large and tricky grading project. The family had purchased the steep lot behind their home in order to turn it into a place for the kids to play. To do this first we contracted the trees to be removed. This spring a customer on Signal Mountain TN called us to help him with a giant swamp that formed in his backyard. This week our drainage team expanded a swamp of back yard from 1950 into dry usable zero scape. Due to back yard drainage issues and poor concrete patio construction water was coming into the crawlspace.
